Love146 has always had a special place in my heart.
My very first internship!...and I don't have horror stories of fetching coffee and getting emotionally abused like a lot of my friends did working their first internships.
Instead, my story is one of laughter, hard work and unwavering support.

7 years later, I am joining Love146 as a coach for May 2021 TREAD ON TRAFFICKING. I'm challenging myself to 10 minutes of uninterrupted yoga (to tap into my inner child) everyday! It's common knowledge that our childhood shapes so much of who we are. Like a sponge, we soak up the belief systems, experiences and practices that surround us as a child. I want to be part of preventing vulnerable children from experiencing trafficking. I see myself in so many of those children and I hope that this campaign will help them see themselves in me.
